My friends and family were sick of me raving on about Waitaha Day Spa until I started buying them vouchers for birthdays. Now they love it as much as I do. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. My skin looks fantastic thanks to their guidance and advice. I feel like Waitaha is my second home. Highly recommended.

You can't help but love everything about Waitaha Day Spa. I loved my treatment and looking forward to trying everything on the Menu. I love the hospitality and my therapist was WOW. Nicky and her team are sure to bring you delight and make your life lighter and brighter. I feel refreshed and energised. Thank you Dani for your brilliant hands and Nicky for your warmth. I'm coming back very shortly.

Everything you would expect from a spa experience. Lovely welcoming staff (Sara is just lovely and very knowledgeable), beautiful premises, and lots of effort to make you feel special. Fantastic products and services (I had a skin renewal facial); walked out feeling amazing.

That's $165 later, I went back to the shop. Pedicurist told me that they usually dry and might take a while, yes, more than 3 hours? She also told me that everyone was busy at that moment and manager will call me. As expected... It's 7:45, I've spent $165, and a phone call and extra visit to complain, no call from manager, so customers service is just as good as their nail polish, my nail polish looks laughable and still rubbery, and so very ready to be removed.

Hi, I had a spa manicure and pedicure today at Waitaha day spa. Although the manicure and pedicure by itself was ok, the polish/products used would have been bad for a cheep Asian shop, for a day spa and three times the price it was just ridiculous. With pedicure there was no top coat used at all I think, looked ok, 3 hours later touched the carpet (regular were) and it just sticked to it ... Hhmm yes, evidently not drying. That's not the worst. Manicure. First nail polish was just totally thick and leaving strips, another one same story and finally one that seemed ok. Yes, it was pretty thick. My manicurist added quite a bit of nail polish remover to it, right in front of me, said that it was sitting there for a while. Yes, you do know it costs $70 for manicure alone? Well, to top it all off she used 'Natio' base and top coat, bravo, salon quality here. As expected 2 hours later my nails were nowhere nearly dry. They had this unset, rubbery feel to it, and just were awful and we're going worst with any touch.

A word of advice, you'll be disappointed but not as much out of pocket if you go to local $50 Asian shop.
