    After a marriage breakup and my own bank freezing funds - I walked into the Commonwealth and on the strength of previous banking some 20 years before they gave me an instant line of credit. Fantastic Manager, very understanding. Love the Commonwealth Bank xx

    I walked in to Whitfords Commonwealth bank branch to do some banking. I was kept waiting but unfortunately the customers after me was served first whilst i was promised to be seen. This did not happen and more customers after me was seen. I had to walk out of there as it was an unprofessional customer service and tainted of racism. Business is business and customer service should be kept professional in order for a business to thrive!
