  If i could give half a star i would. My story starts at coles self serve checkout i went to finalise my purchase only to be told i had put just 50 cents in which was incorrect because i put a $5 note in i alerted the staff there was a young girl who was pleasent to deal with but the more senior lady 60+years of age was rude and unprofessional was not giving me the benifet of the doubt and was insisting i had only put 50 cents in i told her definitely not and she instructed the staff to open the machine they opened the door and she replied see your money isnt in there.I might not be the smartest of them but anybody with a brain can tell you that when cash is inserted into a machine it doesnt just sit inside amongst the the circuit boards it goes into a cash box or hopper as they call it.She then told me she would have to take my details and if they retrieved the funds she would call me.She then told me i would have to re purchase my goods to which i told her i would have to go back to my car to get my wallet which i didnt because my wallet was on me but because so many people were watching i paying would have been the act of a guilty man i just left. To make matters worse the total purchase was $4.70 hardly worth the time or criminal record. Its been over a month no reply to my emails no call to rectify the issue but i believe that when they did the count up on the machine it would have been $5 over and i believe they would have been red faced when they checked cctv i know how good those cameras are because coles profits are largely impacted by theft at the self service counters.If i was a white Australian i would have been apologized to been given a $100 gift voucher and chauffeured to my car but know not for my black ass. And to george from customer service 'I WISH YOU GOOD FORTUNE IN THE LAWSUITS TO COME"

  Huge store, great range of products, its a shame they have lack of service with only put 1 person serving every time I want fresh ham
